Shipping

Free Shipping on ALL orders over $100. Otherwise within NZ, shipping is a flat rate of $10 for urban and $15 for rural addresses. Within Australia shipping is a flat rate of $20. Within the USA it's a flat rate of $10.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy

All returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of purchase.

Any return outside of 14 days will not be accepted or refunded and will be shipped back to the customer. Product must be unopened, with the tamper seal still in-tact, and returned in its original packaging such as Sattva Soul box.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, unless ordered on sale or ordered with a discount subscription. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
